In today’s quick paced society it’s difficult for us not to stop someplace for a fast meal or a fast refreshment. We believe all health problems have three causes. The first is trauma. We are able to have falls and accidents that occurred in the past. It could happen from the time of start, while youngsters fall attempting to be taught to walk, taking part in sports activities, carrying backpacks and sitting at school desks for years, missing the curb or step, carrying a pocket e book or briefcase on a shoulder for years, typing and automobile accidents simply to name a few.
